Payment
Once the payment specified in the agreement has been made, the relevant supporting documentation is provided, confirming the fulfillment of the financial obligations.

Registration
The Sale and Purchase Agreement is registered with the relevant Public Registry of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. Upon completion of the registration, ownership is officially registered in your name.

The Property Is Yours
Once the registration process is complete, you receive the official property registration details confirming your ownership of the apartment.
