Corall Seaside Resort

A $250 Million Multifunctional Development in Batumi - Corall Seaside Resort

“Batumi’s First Seaside Resort” is the concept behind Corall Seaside Resort, a major new development currently underway on the first line of the coastline along Tamar Mepe Avenue in Batumi, Georgia.

Designed as a fully integrated seaside destination, the project brings together residential living, hospitality, and investment opportunities within a single, thoughtfully planned development.

Corall Seaside Resort comprises two distinctive, contemporary skyscrapers. Its architectural and functional concept incorporates residential apartments, investment apartments, a five-star hotel, and a wide range of leisure and recreational amenities.

The complex will feature a private beach, a yacht club, spa and wellness facilities, swimming pools, restaurants, and commercial spaces. Together, these amenities are designed to offer residents and guests a comprehensive seaside experience, combining modern living, relaxation, and leisure in one destination.

Corall Seaside Resort is being jointly developed by three Georgian business groups: Ibercompany Holding, Grande Group, and Mziuri Development. Their partnership brings together years of experience across multiple sectors, including real estate development, construction, hospitality, energy, manufacturing, and other industries.

The project’s vision is closely aligned with Batumi’s growth as an international tourism and investment destination. Corall Seaside Resort aims to introduce modern residential and tourism infrastructure to the city while unlocking the full potential of its coastal location.

The development also offers significant appeal from an investment perspective. Residential and investment apartments represent one of the project’s core components, while the five-star hotel and extensive resort amenities position Corall Seaside Resort as an integrated, multifunctional destination.
